Subscription and Payment Terms

Important: These Subscription and Payment Terms govern billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds for all SubStrike paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

These terms supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.

1Trial

We may offer a trial subscription for the Service. Unless you request cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the subscription plan you selected.

Note: Deleting the App or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel your trial or subscription. You must cancel as described in Section 4.

2Subscription

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, semi-annually, annually, or as otherwise selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

Available subscription plans, features and prices are displayed in the Service at the time of purchase.

3Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase upon confirmation. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Payments are currently processed by Stripe. We may introduce additional payment providers or purchase channels in the future. If we do, the applicable payment, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at the time of purchase and this document will be updated.

4Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the current billing period.

How to cancel: use the subscription management option in your account settings, where available, or contact our support team at support@substrikeapp.com at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Important: Deleting the App or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the methods described above.

5Price Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice of pricing changes by:

If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6Refunds

Please refer to our Money-Back Policy for detailed refund terms and conditions, including our 30-day money-back option.

Partial subscription periods are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.

EU consumers: The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content that has been fully accessed or downloaded with your prior express consent.
